This painting represents all the women who feel that familiar anxiety of needing a clean house to have a clear mind. I’ve seen so many beautiful paintings by artists portraying girlhood in a state of disaster and chaos. While I think they’re beautiful and understand how deeply they resonate with many women, that vision of girlhood didn’t resonate with me. I have been an artist of many different forms throughout my life, and I love expressing myself through my work, which you’ll discover throughout my shop.
