Artminta is a marketplace for original handmade ACEO art and selected handmade miniature art formats. Artists keep ownership of their work unless copyright is clearly transferred outside the normal sale of the physical piece.

Artminta facilitates transactions between artists and collectors, but it does not become the owner of the artwork itself.

Artists agree to list work honestly, fulfill carefully, and represent materials, originality, and process truthfully. Collectors agree to act respectfully, pay through the platform, and avoid behavior that undermines trust or fulfillment.

Both sides agree not to use Artminta for spam, circumvention, counterfeit activity, AI dump behavior, or off-platform deal steering.

Artminta may review, limit, or remove listings or accounts that conflict with handmade rules, copyright rules, or community conduct.

Policies may change as Artminta grows, but the basic rule stays the same: original work, clear listings, and safer transactions.
