The Ohm symbol is a sacred representation of the sound used primarily in meditation as a way of focusing internally. It almost sounds like humming and creates a vibration internally that can activate the vagus nerve allowing a state of peace and relaxation. This is number 6 in a series of 7 in my symbol series.
