Art is something that has always been in my life, it allows me to express myself and lets me escape from my own headspace. I've struggled with my mental health for most of my life and through this i was introduced to neurographical art which allows you the freedom to express yourself through line, shape and colour. I would highly recommend that other artists give it a go. This is number 2 in a series of 9.
