Art is something that has always been in my life, it allows me t express myself and lets me escape from my own headspace. I've struggled with my mental health for most of my life and through this i was introduced to neurographical art which allows you the freedom to express yourself through line, shape and colour. I would highly recommend that other artists give it a go. This is number 3 in a series of 9.
