The Crying Papaya

This was my first ACEO. I was inspired by a type of papaya that I can find at my local Saturday Market. It's the sweetest one I've ever had. Unlike most, that you have to add lime to, these you open them up and eat them like a peach, or apple. They have a slight undercurrent of brown sugar. Sometimes they even come without seeds. Which is always a pleasant surprise.
